Recent Developments:
SpaceX is expanding its Starship program, planning launches from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and a Pacific island atoll. Construction is underway for a new Starship launch site at Cape Canaveral and a manufacturing facility at Kennedy Space Center, aiming to be operational by late 2026.
NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams, who have been on the ISS since June 2024 due to technical issues with Boeing’s Starliner, are preparing for their return to Earth aboard a SpaceX Dragon capsule. Their return is anticipated around March 12, following the arrival of a new crew.
