jacoby brissett

Jacoby Brissett is an American professional football quarterback currently playing for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League (NFL). Born on December 11, 1992, in West Palm Beach, Florida, he began his college career at the University of Florida before transferring to North Carolina State University. The New England Patriots selected Brissett in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Throughout his NFL career, Brissett has played for several teams, including the Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, and Washington Commanders. In 2024, he returned to the Patriots, where he started as quarterback in the season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals. However, he was later replaced by rookie Drake Maye.

In March 2025, Brissett signed a contract with the Arizona Cardinals, reuniting with former coach Drew Petzing. He is expected to serve as a backup quarterback behind Kyler Murray.
