Tracy Tutor is a prominent American real estate agent, author, actress, and reality television personality, best known for her role on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.” Born on August 11, 1975, in Hidden Hills, California, she is the daughter of Ronald Tutor, CEO of Tutor Perini, a major construction company. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts.

Beginning her career as an actress, Tutor appeared in films such as “Exposé” (1997) and “No Vacancy” (1999). Transitioning to real estate, she joined “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” in its tenth season in 2017, becoming the show’s first and only female main cast member. She represents iconic properties and brands in Los Angeles, Texas, and Dubai, collaborating with renowned architects like Frank Gehry, John Lautner, and Pierre Koenig.

In 2020, Tutor published “Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word,” a bestseller offering advice to women in business. She is also a co-founder of UN’SWEET zero wine, a sugar-free wine company.

In early 2024, Tutor left Douglas Elliman for Compass, bringing her 18-person team to the new agency. This move coincided with the apparent pause of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” after its 15th season.

She has also expanded her real estate business to Dallas, Texas, where she maintains a bachelorette pad and continues to grow her presence in the market.

On a personal note, Tutor was previously married to Jason Maltas for 13 years, with whom she has two daughters. She filed for divorce in February 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In 2022, she began a relationship with personal trainer Erik Anderson, but the couple later separated.
