Owen Wilson, born on November 18, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer known for his distinctive voice and comedic style. He frequently collaborates with filmmaker Wes Anderson, co-writing and acting in films like Bottle Rocket (1996), Rushmore (1998), and The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), the latter earning them an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay.

Wilson is also associated with the “Frat Pack,” a group of comedic actors including Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Luke Wilson, Jack Black, and Will Ferrell. He has starred alongside Stiller in several films, such as Zoolander (2001) and the Night at the Museum series (2006, 2009, 2014).

In 2021, Wilson joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe by portraying Mobius M. Mobius in the Disney+ series Loki, a role he reprised in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023). He also appeared in the 2023 film Paint, directed by Brit McAdams and set in Saratoga Springs, New York.
