Early Life and Education
Holloway began his high school education at Covenant Day School in Matthews, North Carolina, where he averaged 21.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.3 steals per game as a sophomore. He later transferred to La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana, and subsequently to Prolific Prep in Napa, California, before his senior year. During his senior season at Prolific Prep, he averaged 18.5 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game.
College Career
Holloway was named a 2023 McDonald’s High School All-American and was considered a five-star recruit. He committed to Auburn University, where he played for the Tigers during the 2023-2024 season. In his freshman year, he averaged 7.6 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game, starting in 25 of the 33 games he played.
Following his freshman year, Holloway transferred to the University of Alabama. In the 2024-2025 season, he made an immediate impact, averaging 11.6 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game, with a field goal percentage of 47.0%.
