Chrissy Teigen, born Christine Diane Teigen on November 30, 1985, in Delta, Utah, is an American model, television personality, and author. She gained prominence as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model, notably appearing on the 50th-anniversary cover in 2014 alongside Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge.
Teigen co-hosted the musical competition series “Lip Sync Battle” from 2015 to 2019 and served as a judge on “Bring the Funny” in 2019. She also hosted “Chrissy’s Court,” a courtroom-style series that premiered on Quibi in 2020 and later moved to The Roku Channel.
In addition to her television work, Teigen is known for her culinary endeavors. She authored three cookbooks: “Cravings: Recipes for All of the Food You Want to Eat” (2016), “Cravings: Hungry for More” (2018), and “Cravings: All Together” (2021). Teigen’s personal life includes her marriage to singer John Legend in September 2013. In March 2025, Teigen returned to the “Deal or No Deal Island” franchise as The Banker for its second season, 18 years after her debut as a briefcase model. In the season finale, contestant David Genat secured a record-breaking $5.8 million prize, the largest in network television history.
