Cooper Rush is an American football quarterback currently playing for the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. Born on November 21, 1993, in Charlotte, Michigan, he attended Lansing Catholic High School, where he set state records with eight touchdown passes in a single game. He went on to play college football at Central Michigan University, earning honors such as Second-team All-MAC in 2015.
After going undrafted in 2017, Rush signed with the Dallas Cowboys, where he spent multiple seasons as a backup quarterback. He notably filled in for the injured Dak Prescott during the 2022 season, leading the Cowboys to a 4-1 record. In 2025, Rush signed a two-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens to serve as the primary backup to Lamar Jackson.
