The Daily Wire is an American conservative media company founded in 2015 by political commentator Ben Shapiro and film director Jeremy Boreing.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, it has become a significant publisher on platforms like Facebook and produces various podcasts, including “The Ben Shapiro Show,” “The Matt Walsh Show,” and “Morning Wire.”

In 2022, The Daily Wire launched DailyWire+, a video-on-demand platform featuring original content such as documentaries and films. Notably, the company achieved box-office success with its mockumentary “Am I Racist?”

In 2023, it introduced Bentkey, a children’s video platform offering content like “Chip Chilla.”

As of March 18, 2025, Jeremy Boreing stepped down from his role as co-CEO to focus on creative projects within the company. Caleb Robinson, the founding CEO, will assume the position of full-time CEO.

Despite this change, Boreing will continue to serve in an advisory capacity and remain involved in productions like “Daily Wire Backstage.”
