Aaron Gordon is an American professional basketball player who plays as a forward for the Denver Nuggets in the NBA. Born on September 16, 1995, in San Jose, California, Gordon gained recognition during his time at Archbishop Mitty High School, leading the team to two state championships and earning the title of California Mr. Basketball in 2013. He further showcased his talent during his freshman year at the University of Arizona, averaging 12.4 points and 8.0 rebounds per game.

In the 2014 NBA Draft, Gordon was selected 4th overall by the Orlando Magic. After seven seasons with Orlando, he was traded to the Denver Nuggets in March 2021.
