Gabe Vincent is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player who plays as a point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. Born on June 14, 1996, in Modesto, California, Vincent stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.

Vincent began his collegiate career at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he averaged 12.8 points per game over his four-year tenure. After going undrafted in 2018, he joined the NBA G League’s Stockton Kings, where he earned the Most Improved Player award in 2020. Later that year, he signed with the Miami Heat, making his NBA debut in January 2020. Vincent reached the NBA Finals with Miami in both 2020 and 2023. ​

In July 2023, Vincent signed a three-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. As of March 31, 2025, he contributed significantly to the Lakers’ 104-98 victory over the Houston Rockets, scoring six three-pointers alongside teammate Dorian Finney-Smith. This performance was crucial in the Lakers’ pursuit of a playoff spot.​

Beyond his on-court contributions, Vincent serves as the Vice President of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), advocating for players’ interests within the league.
