Iman Shumpert, born on June 26, 1990, in Berwyn, Illinois, is a former professional basketball player and current entertainer. Standing 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 212 pounds, he played as a shooting guard and small forward. Shumpert began his college career with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, where he earned honors such as Second-team All-ACC and ACC All-Defensive Team in 2011.

In the 2011 NBA Draft, Shumpert was selected 17th overall by the New York Knicks. He made an immediate impact, earning a spot on the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2012. Throughout his career, Shumpert also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, with whom he won an NBA Championship in 2016, as well as the Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets, and Brooklyn Nets.
