Jamie Lynn Spears, born on April 4, 1991, in McComb, Mississippi, is an American actress and singer. She began her career as a child actress on Nickelodeon’s “All That” and gained prominence for her role as Zoey Brooks on the teen sitcom “Zoey 101” (2005–2008). She later reprised this role in the sequel film “Zoey 102” (2023).

In addition to acting, Spears pursued a music career. In 2014, she released her debut EP, “The Journey,” featuring the single “How Could I Want More.” She also co-wrote Jana Kramer’s 2015 hit “I Got the Boy.”

In 2019, Spears joined the cast of Netflix’s “Sweet Magnolias” as Noreen Fitzgibbons, a role she continues to portray. She has described her time on the show as particularly meaningful, especially following her daughter Maddie’s near-fatal ATV accident in 2017.

In 2023, Spears participated in several reality television projects due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. She competed on season 32 of “Dancing with the Stars” and appeared on the British survival show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”, though she left early for medical reasons.

Recently, Spears shared heartwarming photos of her daughter Maddie attending her junior prom. Maddie, now 16, looked stunning in a purple gown, marking a significant milestone for the family.
