Jason Pinnock is a professional American football safety born on June 30, 1999, in Windsor, Connecticut. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Pinnock played college football at the University of Pittsburgh before being selected by the New York Jets in the fifth round (175th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft.
After spending his rookie season with the Jets, Pinnock joined the New York Giants in August 2022. Over three seasons with the Giants, he accumulated 211 tackles, 3 interceptions, 28 pressures, and 6.5 sacks. Notably, in Week 5 of the 2023 season, Pinnock returned an interception 102 yards for a touchdown against the Miami Dolphins.
On March 11, 2025, Pinnock signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers. This move reunites him with former Jets head coach Robert Saleh, who now leads the 49ers’ defense.
