The Jacksonville State Gamecocks men’s basketball team, representing Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, competes in Conference USA. Under the leadership of ninth-year head coach Ray Harper, the team has shown significant progress in recent years.
In the 2024–25 season, the Gamecocks achieved a 23–12 overall record, with a 12–6 mark in Conference USA play, finishing tied for third place. They secured a spot in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) but fell to Georgia Tech 82–66 in their opening game on March 18, 2025.
