Jaylon Moore is a professional American football offensive tackle who, as of March 2025, plays for the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL. Born on January 9, 1998, in Detroit, Michigan, Moore played college football at Western Michigan University. He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 155th overall pick.

During his time with the 49ers, Moore served as a swing tackle, making 12 starts over four seasons, including five in the 2024 season when Trent Williams was injured. He allowed only one sack during that time. Despite his solid performance, the 49ers allowed Moore to enter free agency. In March 2025, he signed a two-year, $30 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, with $21.24 million fully guaranteed.

Moore’s arrival in Kansas City is seen as a strategic move to stabilize the Chiefs’ left tackle position, which has experienced instability in recent years.
