Khalif Battle is a 6-foot-5-inch guard known for his scoring prowess and dynamic play. Born in Edison, New Jersey, he attended Trenton Catholic High School, where he averaged 23.7 points per game as a senior and earned multiple accolades, including the Times of Trenton Boys Basketball Player of the Year.

His collegiate career includes stints at Butler University, Temple University, the University of Arkansas, and, currently, Gonzaga University. At Butler during the 2019-2020 season, Battle averaged 3.0 points and 1.0 rebound over 24 games. He transferred to Temple, where he led the team in scoring during the 2022-2023 season with an average of 17.9 points per game, also contributing 3.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists.

In his final season at Arkansas, he averaged 14.8 points per game.

In May 2024, Battle signed with Gonzaga University for his final year of eligibility. He played a pivotal role in Gonzaga’s West Coast Conference (WCC) championship victory in March 2025, contributing 14 points, five steals, and three assists in the title game against Saint Mary’s.

This win marked his first NCAA Tournament appearance.
