Isaiah Stokes, an actor known for his role in “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” was convicted of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon for the 2021 shooting of Tyrone Jones. The incident stemmed from a dispute that began in October 2020 when Jones expelled Stokes from his birthday party.

In January 2021, Stokes placed a GPS tracker on Jones’s vehicle to monitor his movements. On February 7, 2021, Stokes used this information to locate Jones and fired 11 shots into Jones’s parked car, resulting in Jones’s death. Following the crime, Stokes returned the rental car used and faces up to 25 years to life in prison, with sentencing scheduled for March 21.

In addition to “Law & Order: SVU,” Stokes has appeared in other television series, including “Boardwalk Empire,” “Power,” “Blue Bloods,” and “The Mysteries of Laura.” He also performs music under the name I$AIAH.
