Manuel Margot is a Dominican professional baseball outfielder currently playing for the Detroit Tigers in Major League Baseball (MLB). Born on September 28, 1994, in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, he made his MLB debut with the San Diego Padres on September 21, 2016.

Throughout his career, Margot has also played for the Tampa Bay Rays and the Minnesota Twins. In 2024, he appeared in 129 games for the Twins, batting .238 with four home runs and 31 RBIs.

On March 23, 2025, Margot signed a one-year, $1.3 million contract with the Detroit Tigers, including performance bonuses based on plate appearances. This move was prompted by injuries to Tigers outfielders Parker Meadows and Matt Vierling, both of whom are expected to miss time at the start of the season.

Known for his defensive versatility, Margot can play all outfield positions and has been a valuable asset throughout his MLB career.
