Mick Parkin is an English mixed martial artist competing in the heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Born on October 2, 1995, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, England, he stands 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 260 pounds. Parkin trains out of Team Fish Tank MMA and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Parkin began his professional MMA career in 2019, quickly amassing a 5-0 record, with all victories achieved by stoppage within the first two rounds. He gained wider recognition after appearing on Dana White’s Contender Series in August 2022, where he secured a first-round submission victory over Eduardo Neves, earning a UFC contract.
He made his UFC debut in July 2023, defeating Jamal Pogues by unanimous decision. Parkin continued his success with wins over Caio Machado and Mohammed Usman, both by unanimous decision. In July 2024, he achieved his first UFC stoppage victory, knocking out Łukasz Brzeski in the first round, earning a Performance of the Night bonus.
On March 22, 2025, at UFC Fight Night 255 in London, Parkin faced Marcin Tybura. The bout marked the first loss of Parkin’s career, as he was defeated by unanimous decision.
