Norfolk State University (NSU) is a public historically Black university located in Norfolk, Virginia. Established in 1935, NSU offers a diverse range of undergraduate and graduate programs.
Academics: NSU provides 36 undergraduate degrees, 15 master’s degrees, and three doctoral programs. Notably, it offers Virginia’s only undergraduate degree in optical engineering.
