Nuno Alexandre Tavares Mendes is a Portuguese professional footballer born on June 19, 2002, in Sintra, Portugal. He plays as a left-back for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and the Portugal national team. Mendes began his career at Sporting CP, where he won the Primeira Liga title in the 2020–2021 season and was named in the league’s Team of the Year.
In August 2021, he joined PSG on a loan that was made permanent in May 2022. Since then, he has won multiple Ligue 1 titles with the club. Mendes is known for his speed, dribbling skills, and attacking contributions from the left flank.
