In his personal life, Harrison has experienced several marriages and family tragedies. He has been married four times and has three sons. In January 2024, he announced the death of his second son, Adam, at the age of 39 due to a fentanyl overdose. Despite these challenges, Harrison continues to be a prominent figure in the pawn industry and popular culture.

Recently, on March 6, 2025, Harrison became engaged to his girlfriend, Angie Polushkin, during a visit to a winery in Casablanca, Chile. The couple, who began dating in January 2024, shared the news on social media, with Harrison proposing with a 6.5-carat pear-shaped ring from his pawn shop.
