Balance Changes:
- Etalus:
- Neutral Special damage increased from 15 to 25, enhancing shield damage.
- Special Pummel now freezes shields when shielded, encouraging opponents to opt for more punishable defensive options like roll or spotdodge.
- Jab 2 recovery increased from 13 to 18 frames.
- Jab 3 recovery increased from 19 to 21 frames.
- Maypul:
- Dash speed increased from 18.1 to 22, improving mobility.
- Knockback adjustments:
- Forward Tilt’s new sourspot deals less knockback at close range.
- Forward Tilt’s sweetspot deals more knockback at mid-range.
- Forward Tilt’s final hit deals more knockback at high percentages.
- Loxodont:
- Down Special now loses all molten charge if interrupted, adding commitment to its high-reward nature.
- Bug fix: Down Special can no longer cancel into aerials if parried.
- Etalus:
- Dash Attack’s horizontal jump speed increased from 17 to 15.5, enhancing its aggressiveness and combo potential.
- Neutral Special damage increased from 15 to 25, improving shield pressure.
