Early Life and Education
Forsythe attended West Orange High School in Florida. He committed to the University of Florida, where he played college football for the Florida Gators from 2016 to 2020. Over his collegiate career, he appeared in 40 games, starting 28, and was instrumental in protecting the quarterback’s blind side during his senior year.
Professional Career
In the 2021 NFL Draft, Forsythe was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the sixth round (208th overall). Over four seasons with the Seahawks, he played in 53 games with 14 starts, primarily at right tackle, and made one postseason appearance.
On March 12, 2025, Forsythe signed a one-year contract with the New York Giants, aiming to bolster their offensive line depth.
