He played multiple sports, including baseball, basketball, and football.
Jenkins committed to Oklahoma State University, where he played college football from 2016 to 2020. He earned First-team All-Big 12 honors in 2020.
The Chicago Bears selected Jenkins in the second round (39th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Over his four-year tenure with the Bears, he played in 45 games with 38 starts across various positions on the offensive line, including both guard and tackle. Despite his versatility and solid performance, Jenkins’ career in Chicago was hindered by injuries, causing him to miss 23 games.
On March 20, 2025, Jenkins signed with the Cleveland Browns. Standing 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 321 pounds, he is known for his proficiency as both a pass and run blocker. His addition is expected to impact the roles of current Browns guards Joel Bitonio and Wyatt Teller.
